Yesterday was National "Mole" day. I am a Physics guy and all this fascination about "Moles" is amusing to me. Obviously, its a gimmick to get younger generation to get interested in Chemistry. If you are wondering what is a Mole- it is the basic unit in chemistry as angstrom is in Physics..kind of!. It is celebrated annually on October 23 from 6.02am to 6.02pm..why? because mole is a celebration of Avogadro's number of 6.02 x 10^23! That's really cool. So go and find out whether anybody around you cares for a Mole (not those those young teens who are worried about the moles on their faces!) You want to explore more visit the mole web site:

Moles eh. Interesting. I wonder why they call it a mole.. anyways lets keep the updates going.. some interesting experiences maybe..
